  They are essentially screwing ALL variable mortgage customers, and possibly all other customers that have bought fixed mortgages under Interest Rate Differential payout penalty.

  Horrible service by Riddhi. She could not understand what is meant by Interac Online which some merchants require for making bill payments. She was also totally opposing to review credit card offers even though I was willing to put a security against the credit limit. Since I am a returning resident, I was informed by her own colleagues at TD that I could set up a security deposit towards the credit limit which I was asking for. 1000 CAD was the asking limit. Talk about profiling towards her so called own ppl. Absolute lack of professionalism displayed!!!

  This branch is by far the worst branch, I only go here because it’s super close. But usually go to others to avoid headache

  I really don't expect much from a bank, but if the guy doesn't know how to print off your account balances and has to try 3 times, it says a lot about how much training he has received.
