    I bought yoga sandals from here since I had heard a lot about yoga sandals and yoga socks. I was more interested in trying the socks just because I felt I would be more inclined to wear those more often. I had the shoes for 2 days, and in that time I had only tried them on once to see how they felt. I was certain that I would definitely want the socks so I called Changes and asked if it was okay to return them since I only had them for 2 days. They told me it would not be a problem.

    I brought them in the next day only for them to tell me that they do not offer any returns and that I can either exchange or get store credit. Needless to say, very annoying and very disappointing for them to say they allow returns and then they say another thing after. I am sure the sandals are a great product but are expensive and they were not my preference. To say returns are not permitted at all is a little ridiculous and now I am stuck with a gift card that I don't want. You'll have much better luck online if you are interested in this type of product!

    I’ve been going here for years and I love it! The staff is super friendly and I always leave happy with my service. Amanda and Brooke are awesome! Would definitely recommend!

    Carolyn Schwab, owner of Changes Salon and Spa is personable and professional. I do not like sitting in salons normally but Carolyn made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The best part is I went in looking like I just came from the Bush and left well groomed and professional looking. I would recommend Changes to anyone.

    Extremely poor quality of work and service. If I could rate it a negative value, I would. I had a Groupon for a hair colouring, cut and style for about $60. The stylist did most of my roots but said that I would have to pay her another $60 to do all of my hair. She says the Groupon gives you only 2 ounces of products which would be sufficient only if I had a brush cut. I found this to be very deceptive. She did a poor job...didn't use heat etc. and the colour didn't hold. She also have me a crooked haircut...longer on one side than the other...totalling 2 minutes of work and 1 tablespoon of cut hair. Because the hair colouring didn't work, she said to go back in two weeks or so and it'll be redone for free. I made the appointment but postponed it because I was sick. Then she was unavailable. So I went I about 5 weeks after my first appointment..and they told me that I would have to pay the full price to fix the problem they had created. They said that they allow a maximum of one week to fix problems. I had never been advised of this at any point in time. They were belligerent and aggressive and had a 'customer is always wrong' attitude. Very unprofessional!
