  Called the manager to ask about getting a refund and was told that Color Bar does not do refunds, but that I could come back and get more colour added - even though the issue was that my hair had not been bleached enough for the colour to show through in the first place.

  Approach with caution. I went in on Saturday for a rose-gold ombre. After I washed my hair for the first time nobody could tell it had been dyed and there was no pink in it. The picture is my hair 4 days later.

  I got my roots dyed and my hair highlighted by Natasha in May, 2017. Not happy at all with dark color of my roots and blondish highlights while I asked for a natural look. You get super charged and you receive no care and attitude!!!

  The manager also let me know that they only guarantee their colours for a week. She also told me there were no concerns with re-dyeing my hair less than a week after the inital color, even though a consultation at another salon told me that I risked damage in doing so.
