    They tell you 1-2 business days for you to get an email to pick up your online order, sometimes 3 if busy. Yet when you call after 3 business days you cannot get in touch with them, they have a number that automatically hangs up on you. We pay too much money for tuition and books to have such horrible service. If you all are busy, hire more people.

    I hear their logistics department is unparalleled. Not since the Pyramids of Giza has humanity achieved such a feat in engineering and creativity.

    I went during the worst possible time and they had lots of staff to hold my hand

    It was super busy and hectic, but a guy with a big beard and a really nice girl named Hadia helped me with everything.
