  Had a very pleasant experience with Gerard. He was very helpful and went above and beyond any salesman I've ever met. He worked well within our budget and got us into the perfect vehicle. He is also very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on his lot, which makes a big difference. I would recommend going to this dealership to anyone.

  So I just left ADI today. I met Gerard for the first time and what a gentleman he is. I was looking to get into a SUV but was worried about my down payment and financing. capability. Well look out ! Gerard took my vehicle in on a trade and payed out my existing loan, got me into a beautiful suburban that he had just received and my payments were less than my other vehicle and at a lower interest rate. I can't believe he helped me. This is truly a credit Angel place. I recommend him over any dealership in the city.

  I have been doing business with Gerard at ADI for 5 years now and he has always put me into great cars. Also winter was coming and I wanted to get some new winter tires. Gerard has a detail shop that sell tires. So i stopped in to see him and wow to my surprise he got me great winter tires and helped me finance them as I was tight on cash. He always goes one step further that he should. I can't wait fo summer as I'm trading up and the only place I will go is ADI.

  I recently got a vehicle there and on the first drive I said 'something is wrong' to which the mechanics said everything was fine and good to go. They also said if something happened they would fix it because they cannot find it right now. I brought the vehicle back weekly complaining and they finally said 'oh, it needs this $300 part'. They did fix it as promised but I noticed more issues as soon as I drove away from the shop. I kept bringing it up all month and the old man who runs the place very rudely told me it was MY fault the vehicle needs work and I had to pay to fix it. He said every vehicle they have is at an 'acceptable percentage' BEFORE GOING THERE KEEP THAT COMMENT IN MIND!!! They also told me my vehicle was ready to go, well good thing I thought to look at fluids because there was absolutely NOTHING in the rad and no break fluid. How did the mechanics fail to check vital engine fluids? Now that it is winter time I'm also learning my heater does not work like it should. (Yes I have anti freeze in there now) keep in mind on the sign outside 'ALL trades welcome' because they fix them up half done, and convince unknowing customers to sign into long term finance/lease terms while the customers are now the ones who have to properly fix the vehicles. I do not suggest this place to anyone. The workers in the store are friendly, wonderful people, the mechanics and that old boss man are a whole other story.

  M name is Brian, I've known Mr. Gerard Kaal for 9 years. He was the only good man to help me get a vehicle when even the banks said no to me. Over the years he helped me trade up my vehicle and establish a positive credit rating. He is a very reliable person and honest as they come. I have never once heard Gerard say bad things about anybody. He treats me with the utmost respect and that means the world to me being a Native man. He does not appear to be prejudicial and treats everyone equally. Stop and check out the inventory, strike a deal with a great man or even a friendship.
