  I bought a new car back in January 2014, and have had great service from Mercedes Saskatoon. My salesperson, Jennifer, was very helpful and attentive at the time of purchase and always friendly if I happen to be at the dealership. My experience with the service dept over the past many years has also been great. They always do what they can to assist or resolve an issue and always follow-up to ensure that I am happy!

  Hit or miss on the whole experience. The staff have been very accommodating, the sales experience was very good, but there have be large inconsistencies with the ability to properly and professionally service and repair the vehicle I purchased from them. Hard to know if I purchased a lemon from them or it is at the service level, but it seems that every time I bring our vehicle to get a service or repair, there is a direct and immediate new problem that was not there prior to the service (some of the many examples: service a door speaker and both clips are broken on and they forgot to take their tools out of the storage bin; install a new fuse box and they rewire to the wrong locations). In almost all situations they have fixed their problem at no cost to me, but I think it is time to find another service provider; unless absolutely necessary.
