  They were really busy that day. Shea was just learning and Dustin was juggling a few different people so I ended up hanging out a bit longer than planned. Shea was super friendly and, even though she was new, really tried to answer my questions. She was sincere and genuine. When Dustin had a minute to chat with me about the things Shea couldn't answer, he was up front and didn't try to "sell" me on the vehicle. The price was the price, take it or leave it. The way they came to the price is all transparent; even for the vehicle we ended up trading in. Dustin gave me nearly $6,000 more than the place down the street and $1500 more than the dealership offered for my used vehicle because he was up front about the pricing and how it is calculated.

  Staff was friendly, I got a great Jeep Diesel. There was an issue with a service code that popped up. But Dustin dealt with it even tho it was six months later. We had not put many kilometers on it, and Dustin acknowledged that and stood behind his word.

  I really don't like shopping for a vehicle, especially a used vehicle. I had my hackles up the moment I went there and was first introduced to Shea. Expecting the same smarmy experience as other used car dealerships, I nodded and smiled and counted down the minutes until I could leave; my husband was driving. We were looking for an SUV and ended up test driving a Mercedes Benz ML 320. I really liked the car, but still not wanting to invest too much, because there will surely be something wrong with it, I didn't get my hopes up.

  We ended up making a deal and even though my car had a current hail claim on it, we were able to coordinate that and transfer everything over. I was very pleased with that process and they worked hard to get me into it as soon as possible. It was a long weekend and schedules weren't meshing, but we made it work.
