  Really bad costumer service, I wish I could give them 0 star!! The lady that looks like being the boss/owner wasn't polite at all. She is really rude with the employees even in our presence! Try another rent a car for sure!!

  This place has the worst customer service ever. I called them to get some clarifications but the lady at the other end was so rude that I just cancelled my reservation and booked from Enterprise. No AWD, no cars with winter tires. Why are they even keeping these stores open? And can't you at least be polite to people who are calling?

  I usually book through Budget because the cars are clean but never again coming to this place. Why should I spend all this money just to be insulted by these people?

  Then I booked from Avis. It's the same location. Different people this time but same franchisee. OMG! Always check your receipt before leaving. My booking G was from 5 pm Friday to 5 pm Sunday. Just because I reached there at 4:35 they charged me for an extra day and also added the damage waiver for that day ! Good thing I checked the receipt just before I left the place and told them that I would rather wait 20 extra minutes but to pay 55 extra cad. They then changed the receipt and only gave me a new receipt after repeatedly asking for that !

  I have rented from here more than once. It's a small place with limited selection but the staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable.

  Three stars for their cars ! They are good no doubt ! I just wish they attend the customers carefully next time onwards. I will be happy to give them five stars !

  My suggestion would be be prepared for a bad customer service if u go there and always verify ur receipt so that you don't get charged extra.

  They need to learn customer service ! Very reluctant ! I booked here from Budget for the first time. The guy attending me was talking to the lady beside while helping me out ! A big time no no from customer service perspective. He did not even come outside to show me the car. Just said it's outside. And guess what ! It was not ! It was still in their garage and after wasting my time someone came, took the keys and brought the car from.the garage ! Very disappointed ! Worst customer service ever

  Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. The Manager Hamsa will not return phone calls. Half of the time they don't even pick up the phone in this location. Budget of Canada you should be appalled to have a location run like this, it's bad for the brand
