  After recommending this dealership for years, I can no longer. I had my Caliber in for a wheel alignment and I was called to tell me my front struts were no good and needed to be replaced. Now the only problem with this is those struts were new only 10 month ago. I wish they would have done a real inspection maybe they would have found the rear toe-links were shot and needed to be replaced. I have replaced them and now only a few weeks after the alignment. And Now I have to pay for another alignment ! I sent the dealer an email on their web-site and got no response..Very Poor in my opinion!.

  I've visited sales, parts, and service and have purchased one vehicle from here and my level of satisfaction after each visit varies greatly. The sales department was friendly and helpful when buying my truck however going back in hopes of purchasing a car a few years later was a totally different story. I know this is going to sound like a fairytale considering that in general car salesmen have a stereotypical reputation of being very eager and aggressive but I literally could not get anyone to help me. I waited there 45 minutes before leaving in frustration. I watched while one salesman was selling a car and a few more walked around with plates of KFC ! We were asked once about 1/2 hour into our wait if anyone has helped us, we said not yet but would like to test drive a vehicle and the gentleman disappeared into the back and never returned. I was on the fence between Dodge and Honda, Honda got the sale that day. (See my review of Honda sales for details on that experience :/) The parts department is fast, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department seems efficient, on my most recent visit a gentleman stepped in and even went a above and beyond to help me with my key fob at near close and sent me away with a smile.

  Dodge city provides excellent customer service and will take great care of any customer who walks through the door. I picked out the vehicle I wanted, so they had it delivered and I was driving it the next day. Thanks so much to the sales team, especially Phil for all the help in picking out a vehicle, and being available throughout the entire process! 10/10 would recommend coming here to pick up a new vehicle!

  Gary Polishak Was the sale Rep. who assisted us with my purchase, he was very informative and helpful with getting us into the 2014 Jeep Cherokee we chose. I would highly recommend Dodge City for your new or used car purchase, the staff is great.
