    Given I was coming off of dealing with some...Less than nice used car dealers, I was a bit worried it'd be the same here, and I was certainly wrong. Tom Geenan and Ron Hyshka helped me get the vehicle ready for a test drive, out on the road, and eventually get the keys in to my hand. They also thoroughly explained everything about the current warranty still on the vehicle!

    The staff at Merlin Ford are always welcoming and friendly! I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Tim Backstrom. He helped me find the right vehicle I needed for me and my kids to enjoy. He gave me a great deal and went above and beyond his duties and made sure everything was all good to go.

    I went to several used car dealerships looking for a decent 2013-2017 Car, and couldn't find anything within a decent price range. I ended up deciding I wanted a fusion, so I went directly to Merlin after having found the car on their website.

    You couldn't pay me to take a vehicle off of this lot. I've dealt with multiple sales people here as well as the manager- the manager at one point was actually yelling at us telling us we shouldn't be shopping for the vehicle if we weren't able to pay the sticker price. Each time it has been a complete waste of time. I hope they send the sales and management team to school to learn to deal with people next time instead of paying for a celebrity endorsement. Terrible customer service, and overall experience. Head to Audi next time you're shopping, we left happy with a car in 45 minutes.

    Overall I have to say I was thoroughly surprised, I never expected buying a vehicle from a dealership would be so smooth.

    As an update to the response below- we had offered 30,000 on a vehicle listed for over 36,000 due to multiple claims and damage that had not been fixed nor was their insurance. Also, the same vehicle was listed at sticker price with insurance and no damage at another dealership in town for 33,000. We questioned why the price was so drastically different and that's when the manager began to reprimand us for even looking at the vehicle if we couldn't afford it. Last time I checked halfway would have been 33,000 not over 34,000.

    This is was my second car purchase through Tom Geenen and once again he made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Any future car purchases for my family or myself will be going to Tom and you should do the same.
