  Every time I go here I look at all the stuff I can’t buy. Even the $600 leather jacket that was there that one time. The clothes are very comfortable but very pricey. Staff are usually either talking to each other or never greet customers. That’s okay for me I like to shop quietly. Cool store!

  Haughty and racist employees. You can see and feel the difference how they treat caucasian customers vs asian customers.

  The one particular girl we dealt with got immediately defensive, sassy and at one point even raised her voice at my boyfriend when we attempted to return a Christmas gift. All she did was kept on pointing at the returns/exchanges card that was stapled on to the gift receipt as if we were illiterate or something. We came on Boxing Day to attempt the exchange the first time, and ok, we get that on the card it says no returns/exchanges but it doesn’t hurt to try right? Especially if you’re from out of town. Because of this we even BOUGHT a new sweater on Boxing Day so that we could return the gifted one at a later date. The second time we attempted was on January 6th because that was the only free time we had to come back to town. We thought that maybe just MAYBE a manager could do the return for us as we live out of town and you literally give people 5 days to do a return after Christmas. Nope, not the case. All the manager said was “the computers physically won’t let us bypass the return” uhhhh ok.... whatever just give us the gift card then. You’d think with the amount of money people spend at your store your employees would be a lot nicer, even if they’re not able to process the transaction they could at least be a little more courteous, respectful or even understanding???? But like omg first world problems right? #toomuchtimeonmyhands
