  Rarely am I satisfied with this company. I recently ordered $400.00+ worth of reloading stuff, one of the items ordered were rifle primers. After ordering I realized that I purchased the wrong type... Called customer service and was told that I could not change the order... This was, as I just found out, because you cannot return ammunition or the components. Nowhere during my online purchase was this disclosed... Buyer beware, this is a shady business practice! So disappointed by this experience, and I am now stuck with unusable primers. I hope they get some competition soon as the smugness is only going to get worse!

  Huge hunting and outdoors retailer. Great service, there are lots of staff always walking around ready to assist you in any of the departments. Great camping and hiking selections, fishing and hunting, bows, guns and ammo. Make sure to check out the bargain cave in the back with great deals and discounts.

  The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Since I'm often going in to buy something as a gift or something I know very little about this is quite helpful! Prices are high but so is quality. They carry wide variety of items you can only find there. A clean and well keep store.

  Staff interested in what one staff was talking to a customer about rather than asking another customer... (me). If I needed any assistance! Oh well. I won't be able to go back there for a while again...

  I tried to call the store to get information on a fibreglass kennel for my dog. The phone rang for approximately 10 minutes with no answer, so I hung up and tried to call again. The second time, the staff member answered on the second ring. She put me through to the staff member who answered with "hello" as if he were being interrupted from something. Then the conversation went on as if I was taking up too much of his time. He told me he would have to call back with the information, and then walked away to get my name and number. On a positive note he did call back promptly and tell me they didn't have any in stock but could order some if I wanted. I declined. In general the professionalism was lacking.
