  It's the perfect place to find something for the little people in your life! The customer service I received was a bit mixed, the manager was aweeome! But the cashier was glum and barely spoke to me - After a misunderstanding concerning the price of my purchase, the manager spoke quietly to the cashier and explained to me that the price on the shelf wasn't the price for my purchase. But he put his key into the cash register and do something then he left. I looked to the cashier, unsure and looking for clarification and said "So..it's 60, not 40?", to which I got no reply. I stood there, obviously completely unsure what was going on, wondering if that was my cue to leave.. then she finally spoke up - the manager had authorized the price change. The only negative part was the cashier's lack of helpfulness, and lack of friendliness, & lack of manners ..but letting one bad apple spoil the bunch wouldn't be fair.

  The customer service was great and I found exactly what I was looking for. They validate parking as well so that's handy.

  My customer representative’s name was IAN. This guy at the customer service was amazing and so helpful when I went for a price match. He called helpline for me and was put on hold for 30 mins but he did not seem annoyed even a bit and was more than happy to assist me to the best of his ability! This was on a busy black friday day at the Toys R Us in Saskatoon. A good customer service makes a lot of difference. I will come again!

  Using not to busy. Very busy around Christmas time. Make sure to have your parking ticket with you at the till. They will stamp it so you don't have to pay for parking.
