  Got helped by a lady named Jay. Even though it was a busy week before Christmas she made sure that I had the proper fit. Had a very stress free and enjoyable experience. I will be back because of the service I got from her.

  Had the worst customer experience here over the weekend, honestly don't think I will be back! When the manager treats you like garbage when you ask to for help on where to find something, that really says a lot about the store. I made my purchase only because it was something I needed and then went to La Senza where I got amazing customer service and double the product for what I paid at Victoria's Secret, of course I went back and returned everything. Customer Service makes all the difference and this location of Victoria's Secret has a lot to learn!
