I needed to see a dentist in an emergency and they still wouldn't help me or treat me the same day if I wasn't already a patient. Avoid this place big time!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and check up. I told the receptionist I was 33 weeks pregnant and she said I couldn't come in as I couldn't get a check up as pregnant women aren't allowed to get xrays so there would be no point in coming. She said cleanings were scheduled already and no point booking as I wouldn't get in soon enough, and I should come back after I had my baby. Very unhelpful. Especially when I went to another dentist, was able to get an appointment for 2 days later and was able to get a clean and a check up -and told it is important for pregnant women to go to dentist when pregnant as hormonal changes make you more prone to disease and infection. If I just listened to the first person I called I wouldn't have gone in to get checked out. Very poor, this clinic needs to make sure they are providing the best customer service for everyone.

I cracked one of my teeth right down the middle late on a Sunday evening. I called first thing Monday morning and they had me in by 11:00 and they were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend using Dr.Livingstone!
