    Reception is rude. It's as if they're annoyed when you ask for information which is basically their job. Hope they know how to be patient and give proper customer service.

    The new front desk person is a little aggressive, you need a customer service training I think, you can't argue with the client.

    Talk to her on the phone and tell her that I'm gonna be a little late for about less than 15mins, and she told me that is considered as a cancel appointment if I'll be late for more than 15mins. My point is she don't have that feels sorry customer service type of attitude. And she started arguing with me on the phone. Wow. I'm your client and you can't pisses me off more. And she hang up the phone on me and never feel sorry or anything.

    This is the best dental experience that I have ever had (I have lived all over Canada and US)!!! Pain free dentistry (needed a new filling and it was done the same day) and the clinic is very warm and welcoming. Hands down Dr. Sammak has the best hygienist in the city. I have never had a cleaning so well done! AMAZING!!
