  while has throwing up and running a fever. When I did call about the $100 bill, the receptionist was very rude and the dentist was supposed to call me back and I have never received a phone call. Trying to get you for your money.

  Son woke up throughout the night with a high fever and vomiting. Called to leave a voicemail to let them know we won't make it. First thing you get on the voicemail: "please do not leave a message to cancel"

  I cancelled an appointment due to an emergency and unfortunately they didn't take it lightly and they were being rude about it and the lady on the phone was very cranky. So Me and my family will just take our business somewhere else where people act professionally at any given situation.

  Satisfactory. 3 stars Only not because of lack of competence but because of opportunity to improve on customer service around difficult situations, like when one is late for appointment. Life happens and all people deal with conflicts. How can balace be struck? Not an easy thing, I understand.
