  Great prices, decent selection, friendly staff... Only complaint is that there often isn't a cashier ready at a till unless they're called up by customer service.

  I had an absolutely terrible time at giant tiger. I had gone to the washroom after looking around a bit, was planning on buying an outfit, while I was waiting for restroom there was a worker in there who had left her knife in the bathroom. When I had gone in the knife was stil placed there unattended. after I used the bathroom I took it (planning on talking to a supervisor about it as for it was a HUGE safety violation) so leaving the bathroom I was rudely yelled at across the store having the worker tell me I "stole" her knife. Me not wanting her to know that I was going to go to her boss about it I told her I didn't not have it after she said "you do have it because you stole it, I left it in there and you used the restroom after me so give it back". She didn't do her accusation appropriately or respectfully. She was quite rude and caused a major scene in the store. I felt very attacked based on my race. As for she had no intentions as treating me like a human. I will not be returning to the store and I will be spreading the word on my horrible experience. Although the cashiers were friendly enough to make the experience a bit more pleasant. But I was NOT impressed with the way the worker had handled the situation.
