  I have always had great service here and the staff is very personable. The only negative I could come up with would be that the length of time before an appointment is available can be a bit long at times but considering it is a walk-in clinic as well they have a way around that particular problem.

  I came in, they gave me the attention I needed, I left feeling much better then when I arrived and confident that the help given to me was accurate. Job well done.

  I have been visiting this clinic for 3 years. Wait times are terrible. Front desk staff is very unprofessional. Nurses are cold and do not treat you well. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The only reason I have to go here is because my family dr is nice and she practices here.

  If patients book appointments ahead of time, they should be able to get into their pre-booked appointment in a timely manner. They should not have to wait over an hour for an appointment that they had the foresight to book. What is the point of having bookings if it isn't respected.

  Quality of reception staff can fluctuate, depending on the day, but some of them are very willing to accommodate and help you out in a bind. Wait times can also fluctuate, depending on when in the day you go, and what day it is, but they do their best to get you in quickly. The offices and waiting room are very nice. Pharmacy close by, also located near a Gamma Dynacare, so bloodwork is easy to go and get done. I have been to the walk-in here, and the doctor was alright, but not my favourite. I have a family doctor here that I like very much so far.

  This clinic really needs a change in management and staff at every level. A good example to follow would be Saskatoon East Family Physicians.
