    Mostly clean and well laid out. Customer service is a little below par for the chain, which already suffers from the general trend of employers expecting more for less. My wife was sold a phone in a coffee stained box that they made lots of excuses for, but no effort to make her feel better about. Despite very careful enunciation of exactly what we wanted, they processed the contract wrong, necessitating a follow-up call to the service provider to remove a package that we didn't want.

    They've pretty much destroyed the local computer business's without providing affordable pricing. It's too bad, the service is not good. Otherwise, not very happy with them but when it comes down to it they do use their buying power to get items in as quick as possible when requested. I would never buy a large ticket item from them but the small stuff sure.

    Fine if you are like most people, or if you are technologically illiterate. They carry good brands. If you are a power user this store is not for you- you have a better chance researching products on your own. They have a substandard selection, not in the quality of their electronics but for other things like cables, adapters, PC components, etc. They have a very limited selection, making it a nightmare for PC builders because they can not the parts that they need. Best Buy seem only carry high end cables with 'gold' connectors and huge price markups. Staff isn't knowledgeable either. I went to buy a TV with my parents and I probably knew more about the products than the staff at the time did - because I read the info stickers about the products that were pasted on the shelves. After coming here three times and leaving empty handed I've moved on to supporting smaller local companies like OTV for my electronics - and I'm even saving money by doing so.

    Many thanks to Hasson the Apple Technician at Best Buy Preston Crossing Location in Saskatoon. On Sunday, Feb. 25 he missed his coffee break and spent the next 30 or more minutes figuring out how to reset the password on my Macbook Air. I really appreciated his time, expertise and patience. He went above and beyond.

    Awful customer service. I honestly dread having to go to best buy. The employees are all over the place, difficult to track someone who will do the right job. Online orders are the worst thing with them, their website is horrible. Needed to speak to someone over the phone regarding a missed delivery of a purchased product, but no one answered the phone. I called 24 times in 2 days but no body answered the phone. I had to go into the store and approach them. The ‘manager’ who should never be a manager told me that their phones often don’t work because they rely on wireless networks. So my concern over not being able to reach them and having to come in store to resolve the issue was not a problem at all. Well played!
