  Very positive experience over the holidays recently. Darryl was very helpful and accommodating with getting my new phone and contract hooked up. Knowledgeable and experienced, helping me work through some initial issues with the transition from my old service provider, and happy to reply to my texts even though I had contacted him on his days off. Great service, competitive pricing, easy to deal with.

  Then there was Dan the installer who came to facilitate the custom install. We had carpenters adjust our viewing area and Dan brought it all together.

  I stopped in at this store yesterday. I was ignored and dismissed by all sales staff from the moment I walked in the front doors. NOT one sales person made an effort to acknowledge that I was even there. Walked around for not quite 10 mins and left. Again while walking out NOT ONE sale staff acknowledged my presents. This is the third time I have been in this store in the last couple of years. And, I have received the customer service the previous times as well. I don't care if they may be the cheapest store to buy what I am looking for. I will gladly spend more else where. And, where customer service is present and acknowledged as a person walks in the door. A smile and Hello, How is your day greets me as i walk in the door. Visions you are not even worth the one star rating that i gave you.

  Exceptional service for Bell Mobility. Darryl is EXTREMELY knowledgeable across all devices, even unlocked phones, and knows all the ins & outs to get you the best rate plan possible. I drive a couple hours when I need the expertise!

  Terrance, sales manager and Niall, general manager were very helpful when we purchased our new 75" Panasonic TV. They provided us with exceptional customer service as we went through our buyer's journey. Always answering our questions and helping us find the right TV. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his ability to communicate details with ease across all of the packages and benefits of the various providers sold on behalf of Visions.

  I am very happy with the service that Darryl in the cell phone department gave me when I decided to switch carriers and get a new phone. He was great when I called in to get some information, he explained everything for me before I made the trip up to the store. At the store everything was quick and simple, even got all my apps and games switched over to the new phone with no problems. He didn't try to sell me a different phone or anything I didn't need. Will continue to be a Visions customer because of the service I got and have received in the past.
