This company and the people who work for it, will be the WORST financial decision you EVER make.

I took out a loan last may from Easy Financial and on march 10th 2011 I payed EF off completely... meaning I owed them no money at all. The following week a pre-autherized payment went through when it wasn't supposed to from Easy Home (Easy Financial). I immediately contacted them and told them the situation and asked for a refund and they said they were going to contact the head office about it and asked for a bank statement and so i emailed them one. I waited a week before contacting them again and they told me they were still waiting for head office. After two weeks of waiting I was getting irritated and told them basically that if i don't get a refund I was going to take them to court. It has been a month since the incident happened and they have never called me once. On April 15th I called them and asked them what was going on. And they told me that they refuse to tell me anything and that I should get a lawyer.

Easy Financial had NO right taking any money from me. The personnel, at the time of pay out, told me that he was going to disconnect the automatic withdrawal. Which didn't happen until afterwards.

I had the same thing happen to me as stated by another customer. I paid the loan off in full once i realized all the fine print that was hidden and what the loan would ACTUALLY cost me. They still pulled another payment from my account. I contact the local office and am told i have to deal with the head office, contact the head office and am told i need to deal with the local. I keep being told the money is coming, but again still nothing. I am beyond pissed off and i want my money back that they had no right to take. I will say , the staff have all been nice to deal with, and i cant blame them for something they have no ability to do anything about. The business itself, in my mind is a complete scam. I should be getting the same insane interest on the money they owe me , as i paid to them. you read the fine print at the botom of the website and it says up to 46% interest LOL

*You can also expect them to call you at anytime,to either confront you on a payment made, or to ask you to take out more money.

If you value yourself, or your family, you will not go to this company, even after you have payed them off in full, they will come after you with "last payment" "late fees" etc etc.

Because of that unexpected withdrawal, I missed the first payment for my car loan and it caused me to have to pay it 3 times in one week before it went back on track. I now owe $38 in NSF fees to TD financial for the loan and it also caused and NSF fee onto my bank account.

All I want is for Easy Financial to give me my $83 back and also give me $78 for the NSF fees that they caused.

Here is what you can expect from this terrible company:

*Over 50% interest, this is quite literally, the HIGHEST interest rate "legally" possible. Basically, a loan shark would not even charge this.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE FOR CASH OR A LOAN YOU MAY BE.
  • Michael

*They will lie right to your face, tell you how much you may pay/interest/fees, then in turn they will just change this on any whim, VERBAL means nothing to these people.

*The women who work here, provide the worst customer service I have ever seen, they will belittle you in any form possible, they do not care what the problem is, they are always right.
