    Great customer service. Our salesman Jeff Salisbury was friendly and helpful. Not our first experience so this was a return visit. Would recommend to family and friends.

    Deplorable customer service. After buying furniture, clearly zero notes made as I spoke to different people (same day and/or different days), so in turn I was repeating myself and explaining situation repeatedly to different people. Furniture was bought Black Friday and I was told it would be in within 1 week. It was not delivered until mid JANUARY 18. Was told I would get free delivery for the myriad of miscommunication and constant dropping of ball throughout the experience. I'm floored to see an extra $50 charge on my credit card without authorization (Must be the "free delivery).

    Just a complete headache. Will never shop here and obviously give a terrible recommendation to anyone who considers it.

    Whatever woman running the delivery department is the most unprofessional, incompetent, loose cannon I've ever dealt with in customer service.

    The salesman who sold us the sectional sofa back in November was helpful and not at all pushy, which was nice. The sofa finally came in this week, a little over ten weeks later. The delivery staff were great, and were good about taking the duplicate piece back when I pointed out that they'd delivered a sectional with two left sides and no right side.

    We bought a couch online during a sales event. It arrived 3 days early. As we live a ways from the city we picked it up and had no issues. They were quick to get it for us when we arrived and load it into our trailer. When we unpacked it at home we found it to be in good condition as it should be. We are happy with our purchase.

    The sales person was wonderful, no pressure to buy. Explained all the add ons, still not pressured if we didn't want them. Had to phone to see if recliner came in. Talked with customer service about picking up item on the weekend, unfortunately, when we got there was told that they had no idea that we were coming. Was told couldn't pick it up for 2 hours, causing us to miss an important funeral. Not sure if we will purchase anything else from them.

    I called the office and was told that it would be at least a month before they could deliver the remaining piece of the couch. I found this unsatisfactory, so I went in to the store to discuss with a manager that evening. They said the manager was in a meeting that would take hours, and I instead spoke to a "supervisor" who was actually the first Leon's employee that was actually unpleasant to deal with. The supervisor was adamant that even though there were three of those sofas in stock in a warehouse in Toronto, it would be impossible to get it here in less than a month because "it doesn't work like that".
