  Do NOT go here. Namely to Dr.Pearson. I took an at-risk youth here and he was extremely unprofessional, he did not even look in the patients direction (or mine) and did not tell her what he was even prescribing her. We had to ask him to tell us after he already faxed it to the pharmacy.

  He also did not even talk in our direction and we could barely understand him because he mumbled. When I asked him to repeat what he said he rolled his eyes and said it again rather aggressively.

  Very bad people n service...they always make you to wait for atleast half an hour even if you have an appointment and when we were 5 min late only one time, the docter refused to see us and was seeing other patients and said either wait for an hour or go home and that was after waiting half an hour when we asked them about meeting the doctor. We all have our jobs and we take appointments beforehand to meet our other requirements too...they dont have the value of anybody’s time. When we ask the staff how much time they book for an appointment then they said atleast 10 mins so why they didnt allowed us to meet the docter when we hav 5 mins left. They also let walkins to go first even if you have appointment and you are available too...i think they prefer based on their own likings...the staff dont know how to manage the clinic and doctor s also prefer their own people first....wont recommend to anybody and seriously thinking of changing the doctor.

  Great place to go if you don't need medical help whatsoever. Alkatib is a waste of life. Dattani is a money hungry slob, who could careally less about people who are in need of help. Pearson is just useless. Dr Daniels is the only competent one.

  We all have bad days but this was not the first time. We also expect our doctors to be non judgmental and caring.

  The person on the phone told me to go to another walk in clinic. Sure thing, I will, good advice. The customer service really wards people off, the Doctor I had was great but I'm not willing to deal with their staff in order to see him.

  My son accidentally forgot to cancel his appt & got a call from the ignorant receptionist telling him that he will be charged $$...lol, KNOW WHAT COUNTRY YOU'RE IN! We have something called free healthcare. The quality of care has spiraled downhill for some time from this clinic, they just lost a 30 yr patient due to their lack of knowledge & patient care!
