Rude, lazy, incompetent, god complexes and dishonest describes the service department at Canadian Tire Confed. If you’re considering doing any type of business with them take my advice and don’t.

I’ll never set foot in the store again and posted this review to save someone else the aggravation of dealing with people such as these.

Plus they are charging way to much for diesel fuel winter additive if any one needs to buy Power Service or Howes diesel treat they should by at any truck dealership it's way more cheaper I saw as low as 10 USD in USA or at any Canadian truck dealer, same for DEF new diesel trucks and SUV,s need them.

This location is brutal. I don’t know how many times the website says there’s lots of stock, go to buy and the shelves are empty. Preston crossing is 100 times better.

I would check with authorized dealers first before coming here. Workmanship in my opinion is average. Customer service mediocre in my experience.

Very unprofessional auto shop I had my SUV tires switch from front to back as I was going to take the kids to Los Angeles in winter break they just switch the tires from front to back without cleaning the rims as my SUV had a low profile rims and I usually take it for hunting trips in mud and off road on fields because of that alone kill my tires cause of unbalance tires they could have charge me extra or let me know that stick mud need to be removed any way out in LA I had to put new tires.

They have zero respect for their customers, jobs or quality of work, and would rather waste hours of your time than to make any type of effort to help you out.

Never in my 54 years on this planet have I ever had a retail experience as negative and offensive as the one I had today at the service department at Confederation Park Canadian Tire.

Awesome Service Centre. Honest pricing and good explanation of what my vehicle needs are.
