  Needed an ultrasound on my stomach and the doctor sent me too a downtown clinic. I was walking out when I noticed that there was a ultrasound clinic within the building? not sure why am being told to drive across the city for something that's in the same building....

  I haven't had an issue.. Dr Wegner is very thorough I find but a bit pushy with stuff.. My daughters have had some issues though with this clinic like being charged for print outs that they didn't even want or being told they have to see a dr to get blood results when the Dr who issued the test put in her chart to just give the results to her when she came in, sat until the clinic was ready to close only to have the receptionist still there look in her chart again and give her the results.. Or being charged for a "missed" appointment that was called in to be cancelled but the receptionist didn't actually cancel it... I would suggest to take notes on times and names when you call so you have some recourse for their neglect

  Awful experience with dr.schemenauer. Probably the most unprofessional person I have ever met.

  Dr. Olson is great and she is the only reason I still go there. Unfortunately I've had aweful expriences with the dark haired Asian receptionist repeatedly. She never wants to help out and is very annoying to deal with. I showed up for my appointment, but they did not accept my recently expired health card eventhough I had applied for a new one. I undertand that they might not be able to accept that but receptionist was trying to mark me as a no-show and charge me $60 penalty! Luckily my doctor waived it. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
