  Requested a quote for house insurance from Hoffman Kool. I never signed any agreement or agreed to an insurance plan. They placed a policy on my home and have now sent me to collections when I told them to remove the policy that I never agreed to. My credit rating has went down 100 points. Do not trust these people. I switched to Galon and have had excellent service.

  On 4 separate occasions I have cancelled a policy I haven't had for 3 years. The last time I spoke was with management and they assured me the policy is cancelled. Today I get home and there it is.... another bill for a non existent policy. The bill was not from Hoffman kool but from a collection agency. I never received any correspondence or bill from them prior to this. I strongly suggest to do business elsewhere.

  Amazing staff and customer service! This has become a rare thing in the world so I take my hat off to the staff at HK for always going above and beyond for not only me but my clients as well

  These folks were once my broker. They will promise you the world until it comes time to stand up to the Insurance companies. They will cower into the corner like a scared rat. Quick to take your money but no back-up.
