  I had a great experience there. Jangle was professional, knowledgeable and patient as she helped my find an excellent watch. Bill was also great in his knowledge of products. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

  I absolutely love going to Heinrich’s Jewlery! Bill and his staff have treated my husband and I great from the very first moment we walked in the store. Bill always greats us with a smile and is eager to help with anything we may need, he knows his stuff! Truly a please every single time.

  I walked in yesterday to get some advice, inquire on a few things and get some of my rings sized, maybe even purchase something...and the guy who "helped" me, didn't get his name but he was a tall younger guy with dark hair, looked at me like I was nothing. He was very blah, seemed like I was a waste of his time and had better things to do. To me that is very poor customer service to say the least. No smile, no hello how are you doing today, just off the bat what can I do for you, let's get you in and out of here quickly pretty much. Well you just lost my business. If I was treated better, maybe, but after that experience, no thank you. I'll take my business else where. Also my parents have dealt with Heinrichs over several years as they know personally a gentleman that works there. I will be telling them, no more will you be going there. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star but if I had the choice, I'd be giving a big fat 0. Poor very poor.

  I recently purchased an engagement ring from Heinrichs. The staff made me feel exremely comfortable. They are very professional and never pressure you into buying until you are ready. Specifically, Milli was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Heinrichs to anyone who is looking for high quality jewelry and an excellent staff. I will definitely be going back to Heinrichs for all of my future jewelry needs! Great job and keep up the amazing work.

  Once again, I had a first class experience, dealing with the fine folks at Heinrichs. Whether it's Kent, Bill, Millie, Dennis or any of the staff, they all treat you with great expertise, a keen eye for fashion and outstanding value! I encourage you to deal with a local jeweller like Heinrichs. These folks are committed to giving back to our community by way of Ronald McDonald House, St. Paul's Hospital and many other worthy causes. Heinrichs will treat you right!
