  It should be my worst experience to dry clean my wife's fur. We sent the fur to this cleaner in February. The staff told us that it should be returned about two or three months because it would be sent to Toronto. After three months, we went there to check several times, the fur still not came back. Now it has been 8 months, we have been there for at least 20 times, never gave us an answer. Today, we met the owner first time, said she just knew the issue first time. And told me her employee just saw us several time and called me a liar. And said that going to her store is our choice.

  This is by far the worst business establishment ever ! Took three jackets to get cleaned . A month later I went in they told me machine broke but it is up and running and my jackets would be available following week ! I waited two more weeks , stopped back in and was told same store ! Machine just got up and running but my jackets would be ready the following week . Staff member was extremely rude !!! Rudest I have ever seen ! And obviously lying ! Still don't have my jackets !!! Don't go here ! Not even worth a star !

  Took my wedding dress there last August to get cleaned and boxed was told it would take 3 months. 8 months later picked it up wasn't boxed and they tried to charge me full amount. Left in tears and had to pay full amount on the cleaning. Will never go back. Never heard a word or an apology from owner.

  A week passed, and the owner still could not locate my fur. it is very ridiculous. The owner said several time to give me a call for that, it never happened. She never gave me a call before I called the store. That is too frustrated.

  Custom Cleaners have always been polite and helpful to me. I love going there when they have their sales on. Fair prices and local business. I like it!

  Like another reviewer I took my dress in in August and was warned it would be a few months. A few turned into nearly 8 months later.

  Should I need dry cleaning services again I think I will do a bit more research and call around for pricing.

  Looking at the dress it does look like they did a good job of cleaning it, it would just be great if they were a but more customer service focused when they are dealing with delays.

  I only wanted cleaning which is all they did however I felt that the excessive delay in the cleaning process might have warranted some sort of discount. Sadly no. It was still 100$. Having never had a wedding dress cleaned I'm not sure if this is an average or standard price but to me it felt a bit steep considering it was such a long process to get my dress completed and that itwas just for cleaning. I can't imaginenowthe cost of havingit preserved and boxed.
