  The place is modern and new and in a decent location. However both times we've stayed here we've had a problem checking in. The problems were eventually rectified, but it definitely doesn't leave a good impression that everything at the front desk seems to be a struggle. The rooms are very nice (we stayed in a king business suite with kitchenette both times) - however the beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are a touch too hard and the pillows are way too soft. Both times we stayed here, neither myself nor my spouse had restful sleeps. Great parking with electrified stalls.

  I was there briefly to teach a class at an event in one of the common rooms. Great space, amenities, etc. Didn't see any members of staff during my visit, but I was only there for about an hour and a half. I do wish parking was more central to the front doors (probably only because it was -45 with the windchill that evening.

  Very modern and clean, the room was big and the kitchen was great. Included breakfast was good too. The kids had fun on the water slide. Lots of amenities close by. Would stay again.

  I attended this hotel for a conference. I was able to look around and when you first walk in it was very warm and welcoming wide open space absolutely beautiful front entrance. I took a little peek at the swimming pool area and it has a great water slide for little kids as the slide doesn't come out into a pool it just comes out into a shallow slide so it slows down the kids there's a hot tub and the pool look very inviting and the kids that were in it looked very happy to be there. We held our meeting in an Executive Suite and that sweet looked phenomenal it was absolutely gorgeous and so big it held 20 of us in there comfortably for meeting. I'm thinking this would be a great place for a staycation for the family.

  We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, the decor was updated, the beds we're comfortable, and there was a complimentary breakfast included. In the contrary, the room floors and bathroom could be cleaner. The pool had too much clorine it gave us a rash. Also, the website said that there was coffee available 24 hours, that wasn't true. Oh and the hot breakfast was good but the food warmers weren't turned on and therefore the food was cold when we ate. Overall, if they improved the above, we would definitely stay with them again.
