  I can definitely see why The James is one of the top ten hotels in Canada. The staff here is amazing. Rooms are modern, comfortable and exremely clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Worth every penny. Highly recommend staying here. Great location as well.

  Service was great! The staff were all very friendly. They make great drinks too. I wish they had Southern Comfort though. Location is close to everything downtown and the view by the river is great.

  My (now) husband and I stayed here on the night of our wedding. I have never been more impressed by the service or amenities that a hotel has to offer. Every person we encountered was beyond accommodating and the suite was more than perfect. They really made us feel like we were the only people that mattered to them. I cannot express how happy I am with the James!
