  Allison started off as my physiotherapist because of a referral from a friend and has since become not only my physio, but also a great friend! She is knowledgeable, great at what she does, very kind, and listens to any concerns I may have and helps come up with different ways to feel better. As an athlete with multiple areas of injury, she helps with them all! I recommend her to anyone who asks me and will continue to recommend her in the future.

  I went to the clinic with back/hip issues. After 1 session with Monica the difference was amazing. Most of my pain was gone. She gave me several exercises/stretches to do to help the healing process. After 3 appointments my pain was completely gone.

  I chose this location for my secondary assessment and was lucky to be paired with Monica. She's extremely knowledgeable in her field; Physiotherapy. I was in a roll over accident and needed to repair my back and right shoulder. We were given 8 weeks to do this and we are nearing the end of our time. My shoulder is almost as good as new(amazing)and my back is nearly there. Monica is kind and understanding when you don't have sitter for the kids. She also takes the time to answer all my questions and is extremely supportive. If you are looking for a great Physiotherapist...this is the one

  I had a serious sports related hamstring tear that not only left me wondering if I would be able to return to playing sports but if I would be able to walk normally again. I was fortunate to work with Bergen Vermette who laid out, in detail, a "return to play" program. I was seriously committed to my rehab and trusted Bergen implicitly. Bergen work with me through all stages of healing and put together a graduated strengthening and flexibility program. He also worked through the psychological healing process through imaging and physical therapy to bring back my confidence. I was please to return to my sport within a remarkable 2.5 month period. I would recommend Bergen without hesitation.

  I was suffering from severe elbow pain. Visiting neither chiropractor nor acupuncturist was helpful and I was totally disappointed. I gave myself one more chance to go to Lifemark Clinic and fortunately was treated by Monica. She is not only an expert in her field, also patient and friendly. I feel much better now. I introduced Monica to my wife who was suffering from wrist pain about one year. She is also happy and very appreciated to what she did for her. Thanks Monica.
