  Had my annual plumbing and furnace checkup today. I cannot day enough about how professional and efficient both Spencer and Joel were when they came to the house. Everything was explained as always before they left and Joel even changed the filter in my furnace for me. I certainly appreciate the ahead of time calls from the lovely ladies at the office to let me know when the service people are going to arrive as well. Thank you for the ongoing great service.

  I had the pleasure of having my needs taken care of by both Blake and Virginia. As bad luck had it, my furnace crapped out on Christmas Eve and Virginia was so kind and wonderful to speak with, which made this tragedy a little less sad. She sent Blake out on a timely matter which I knew was difficult since it was a holiday, and he was courteous and knowledgeable in his field. He was respectful that I had guests and worked quickly and had my furnace up and running! I would highly recommend this business. Thanks Virginia and Blake!

  The following day, Gregg's Home Services were at our house promptly at 9 (as they had promised) to begin work. They did their work flawlessly, they were courteous, answered any/all of our questions along the way, corrected several other issues that they found at no additional charge, and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived.

  My wife and I have owned our home for 5 years. One morning Jan 2018 we noticed the hot water tank leaking pretty bad. Called greggs they where on it within the hour. Excellent customer service within the office and the people in the field. They offered us many options and worked with us 100% to fit our needs and budget. I do believe the gentleman that serviced our hot water tank name was Blake. Very friendly, and efficient. Job well done guys.

  We woke up during one of the worst cold-snaps this winter to a 16-degree home. Gregg's had someone there within a couple of hours to examine our furnace, diagnose the problem, and provide us with a couple of options for how to proceed. We opted for a new furnace - which meant that they would be by the next day to install it. To help keep us warm (and our pipes from freezing), they left a number of portable heaters to help maintain a safe internal temperature within the house.

  Tuesday February 20 had enough and called Eric at Greggs to see if they could assist me ....Gregg's tech arrived Wednesday morning .... new units installed Thursday morning.... GETTING IT DONE!!

  7 year old Furnace quit December 28 2017. I have been trying to get it repaired under warranty since then.
