  The atmosphere is typical of this franchise , loud with old improvements. Steak sandwich .....where is the beef , is there such a thing as a 3oz steak , $17 dollars and left wondering. Typical unimaginative with kids cooking your meal. Not worth the value.

  One star for the tasty chicken enchilada soup. Zero stars for the service. There was one table of people when we arrived so no excuse for the extremely poor service. We didn't get seated; I had to ask for a hostess. She gave a loud sigh when I asked not to sit right by the door because it was freezing. She never checked on us, didn't refill our waters, and didn't bring utensils. We both ordered pasta dishes which were very dry and tasteless. When she finally showed up to ask how our food was we were almost done eating. Just felt ignored and that we were bothering her by being there. Terrible service and a waste of money.
