  The store workers were great, but the online/phone customer service was terrible. My boots started falling apart due to what is clearly a manufacturing error (they're only a few months old), and customer service absolutely put me through the ringer. They repeatedly asked for things I had already given them, ignored emails for weeks until I followed up 3+ times, and generally made it as difficult as possible for me to process a return/exchange. Eventually I gave up and will be repairing my boots myself. Won't be buying from Spring anymore, which is a shame because they have generally good stuff at good prices. Their customer service lost them a customer.

  Love their merchandise but customer service wasn't great. No greeting when you come into the store, no help, no eye contact, just glued behind the computer. Have to keep going back and forth to the clerk to get you a size. No "yes sure I'll be right back" but a bad attitude! Just turns around and goes and comes back and gives me the shoes then goes right back to the computer. Don't think she talked to me once while I was there. Snobby and stuck up. Not purchasing anything from a store with a bad attitude clerk to loyal customers. I wouldn't want her working for me lol.

  The rudest staff ever. So arrogant. No greeting or offer for any help. It's literally your job to go and grab my size don't act like i'm asking you to bend over backwards. The worst customer service I have ever had in Saskatoon.
