  I would put a negative rating if this website would allow it. The driver's on either end of my trip were the only employees with this company that had any common sense. In Saskatoon the driver named Ron, and the driver in Ottawa was Kevin. These two gentlemen were the only employees that helped me. My container was in Saskatoon for 4 weeks, and the dispatch office actually had the nerve to lie to me telling me it was enroute to Ottawa. It sat in Saskatoon so long that everything liquid froze solid. The dispatchers have no clue in what they are doing, I had signed a lawn agreement with one dispatcher. Only to find out the night before the container was to be dropped off that a front lawn drop wasn't possible. Talk about stress finding out the night before that the company might not be dropping off my container. There is no way I could recommend this company in any way, shape or form. Keep looking DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

  Love the fact that they will pick up the PUP right at your house and then when it is needed drop it off at your desired location!! Great service however the unfortunate part is that if any of your stuff gets wet it is NOT covered both under PUPS OR insurance companies. Our mattresses were at the back of the storage bin and there was an area where the rain must have came through the bin throughout the summer months. Our mattresses were completely water damaged and moldy +++. There is NO coverage for this and PUPS stated that they felt there wasn't enough evidence to prove that it was from the rain leaking through when clearly there was 2 large areas that when you closed the PUP tightly you could see light++ shining through and that is where our mattresses were. I put x3 covers on one of the mattresses and the water and mold still seeped through++. This tells me that there was a large amount of water that had to have came in. Our mattresses were bought within the past 2 years and one of them was 3,000 plus taxes. Insurance denied our claim and PUPS felt like it wasn't from their bin, that being said PUPS did give us 500 dollars. This was appreciated however does not come close to what it will cost to replace those mattresses. Could you imagine if everything in the bin had mold and NO insurance?? I couldn't!!! Customer beware and would not suggest using this service to anyone!!! After talking with others this doesn't seem all that uncommon as PUPS stated that it was and that they have never heard of this!! beware!!!!
