Co-op grocery stores always feel like home. Over the years they keep getting better, but the staff are what has always made the difference.

I keep getting requests from maps to rate this grocery store. So here it is. Reasonable selection. Great staff, friendly staff. Clean, modern, spacious. Fast and friendly Pharmacy. Love the postal outlet in store. Good selection of meats and reasonable sales. However the meat is quite expensive compared to some other stores. The parking lot is horrible. The decision to put handicap stalls 4 deep across the entire length of the lot means that everyone has to hike in, there is no close parking. Hey I'm young, I can walk, but it's sad because the majority of customers are seniors and unless you have a handicap permit, they all have to hike and struggle pushing the carts through the snow all winter while pushing past dozens of empty stalls. I'm all for handicap parking but the design of this lot is stupid and I can easily give a design that is more convenient, closer and safer for handicap permit holders and all other customers. The parking lot drops five stars to four but probably deserves a 3.

This new store is clean and well lit. Conveniently located in the same parking lot is their gas station with Air and propane available. The grocery store has lots to offer including the small restaurant, Pharmacy and post office. Extremely large amount of wheelchair parking available in their large parking lot. Another bonus is the credit union located within the same parking area. This location has quick access from the freeway.

A little more pricey than say Walmart but if you want to compare apples to oranges get your produce here much better than most worth the little extra scratch to get produce that is the correct colour and not usually surrounded by fruit flys!
