  This travel agency is completely inept. Do not trust them. We booked a trip to an all inclusive for a destination wedding months ago .numerous attempts were made to have them send us our itinerary but they failed to do so. Needless to say the dates and times had been changed with out our knowledge to 2 days before we had originally been told and we therefore missed our flight. they did nothing to compensate us for the lost $3600+. We found out that day that they had charged us more than double than what the advertised price was on Expedia. we are quite certain that in fact they had screwed up and never booked us for that trip but took our money. then tried to sneak us in last minute to prove they had. Date of issue is for the day before we were to leave.

  We are currently trying to warn as many people as possible about this. We missed our friends wedding and are now out $3600+....criminal.
