    I've booked two trips through Vacations Away and we were sufficiently satisfied with that trip and the service. I got fast replies and the trip went off without a hitch. I wish our travel agent would have followed up with us afterward though to make sure everything went well.

    Our second trip we booked was advertised as all-inclusive and the website had suggested that excursions were included. When I asked our travel agent if that was accurate the response I got was: "It looks like it." Once we arrived, we discovered this was not the case,which we understood, but it was quite disappointing as we made our decision heavily based on that information. We had some confusion about transportation for our way home which was figured out, and our agent said she would be in touch about the excursions when we were home and I never heard back. It was clear to me that she never checked into it in the first place and that is why I've rated this business three stars.
