Have been here a few times now, and always enjoyed ourselves. The food is great, never a bad meal. Had one minor flaw once, a bit of product label that got into an appetizer. We'd paid with a coupon, so the manager comped our entree ... an unnecessary but much appreciated gesture for something that really was quite minor. (That's the sort of service that other places could learn from.)

Been here a few times now... The service is very good and the food is also quite good. There are plenty of TVs for watching your favourite sport.

The only strange thing is that it is a family restaurant. It is not uncommon to see family with young children come into the place. So, even though it has the look and feel of a pub, you might be surprised to see little ones floating around. We were told that after a certain point in the evening they stop letting minors in to be more of a "bar".

If you like to eat a pound of grease this is the restaurant for you. We went around 3pm for a late lunch and the service was poor and food just awful. This was only my second time at SJ's. The first time I went I had the same experience of grease flowing out of my burger and servers neglecting our table. I understand at a Sports Bar and Grill you are going to get greasy food which is partly why I went. This was much more than just greasy food. The grease was literally flowing off my burger and pooling onto my plate. With the bun saturated in grease it was not only hard to handle but just down right tasteless. The first time this happened to us we mentioned it to the server. She came back and offered us a free desert and would take it off the bill for us because it was inedible. We decided to go back there today to give them another chance. We ordered sandwiches this time. Same thing grease and poor service.

Was there on Saturday October 21st, after a concert. This was our first experience. Mark was our waiter.

In addition to great food, btw, this place is heavily wired for video. Whatever your sport, there's a screen for it. Nice sunny deck in summer, too.

This is where I go for the majority of my business lunch meetings. Great service, great food, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. They even accommodate children so I would consider it as an alternative to BP's for family night out.

Our waiter Mark had knowledge in knowing what it’s like being allergic to food, through his family members having allergies. He was so friendly and caring. It was a really good experience and will definitely be back!!!

Around 11pm, we got there, ordered duck wings and they were able to do them with just salt and pepper instead of the Korean style ( I have many food allergies) they were amazing, never had anything like them before. My hubby ordered a lumberjack and I had a chicken club wrapped in lettuce. The food and the waiter was awesome. So much flavor in our food.

It is super frustrating when you can't get a decent meal for the astronomical price they charge.
