  The worst salon experience I have ever had. After 6 days of healing still have painful blisters from a chemical burn. The management was quick in reimbursing me for the cost of services and I appreciate that, but still wish I could have spent the day of my appointment on a chain gang instead of the last week picking pus out of my charred hair.

  I wanted a balayage with the top darker and the bottom lighter. When I got back the chair I realized my roots had been dyed blonde! I figured I could live with it, but was shocked that there had been such an extreme mistake. When I got home my scalp was hurting a lot, and it still smelt like dye. I rinsed my scalp briefly and dried my hair with a towel and my towel ended up getting bleach spots on it. I consulted with another hairdresser and it sounds like their developer is too harsh or they are mixing it wrong. Even though they sell aveda shampoos and stuff, their dyes are harmful. I was terrified when I read the review on here from last week from the poor man who got blisters on his scalp- I’m glad I washed my hair after! I also have no interest in speaking to the owner based off of his/her response to a client named Bree in the reviews. Swearing and blaming your client for their misfortune is not professional.

  Went in to get gray/silver low lights....ended up with ash. Not happy and unreal price! My regular hair stylist thought I had my sister color my hair, not a great compliment! Won't go back.

  Had my hair done by Jenessa today. So very happy with the result! It looks fantastic! I can honestly say it's the best haircut I've ever had. Great salon, friendly staff, great stylists.

  Amazing experience, from start to finish. The staff are all warm and welcoming, and their all around commitment to service is astounding. My hair seriously looks better than ever. I look forward to returning and to recommending Taysia/Ethos to anybody who needs a new stylist. Thanks so much!
