  I like Alumier products from other salons but the service here was the worst I've received in any dermatologist salon I've been to to date. She didn't even ask my skin type she just sold me products.

  I brought the unused product back and she said "You should have tried our tester for two days before you bought it." Yet I told her the night before that I'm not from this city. and had a flight the next day and she was rushing us to buy. And all she said was "this lotion is the best". So now I'm $66 dollars wasted and with no product I can use. I am extremely unsatified as, as a dermatologist brand I should be satisfied with what goes on my face. I was going to buy many more products if I liked what I received but now I will not be wasting money if I can't be happy with what's on my face.

  Its interesting on the door it says no returns or exchanges but when buying something from them they don't tell you that. In fact she said this tinted Alumier lotion is the best product, best seller. So I bought it not knowing I couldn't exchange it, Unopened the next day if I didn't like the tester on my face. It felt sticky still two hours later. It felt heavy, thick & my skin did not soak it up.

  Also fyi - all the 5 stars are for discounts are next appointment. So beware and use nest judgement. I was fooled by these raids.

  I have been a client of Dr. Genesis for over 10 years. Her staff and facility make me feel at ease. Her knowledge and wide array of services makes it easy for me to deal with several issues at one place. I trust Dr. Genesis and appreciate that we have someone of her caliber in our community.
