  I highly recommend Jessica at Polished Beauty Spa! This was my first facial, and was it ever worth it! It's so much more than a facial, Jessica takes the time to educate on all the Eminence products she uses for the treatment and the whole experience leaves you feeling completely relaxed and amazing!

  I do not use any products on my face other than the products recommended by both the owner and the front manager of Polished Beauty Spa. I have used the products for 3 years now since my first facial and now at the age of 60 I am often told that my face does not show my age. The products go much further than any other expensive products I have purchased and are much healthier. I have 3-4 favorites and always love trying new products as well. There hasn't been anything that hasn't worked for me. I tell loads of women to visit this spa and talk to Jess or her manager for all skincare needs.

  Very strange, physically forceful, and unpleasant experience. Includes bizarre things like holding your (naked!) legs apart by the ankles and shaking them - not relaxing, and utterly uncalled for during a facial. Owner condescendingly implies that skin concerns are the result of not washing your face, or of wearing makeup. Ironically, makeup is actually applied as part of the facial, so of course before/after photos on social media are amazing. I found that after removing the makeup, there was no improvement to my skin. $300 wasted (did not accept the offered discount for posting a favorable review, as everyone else seems to have done.)

  The entire experience at Polished is magical and unlike any other spa facial I’ve experienced. Patience and Jessica are both so sweet and lovely and Jessica knows just what my skin needs. I’ve only been twice (so far), but both times I have felt so welcome and cared for, and I get compliments a week later about my glowing skin. I have my third facial booked and plan on making the trip from Regina several times a year to see her. My skin has been envied by friends and coworkers since I started using the products she has recommended and I’m an eminence girl for life now :)

  Had the most wonderful, and relaxing experience here today. Jessica is so knowledgeable about the products, and I left my facial with the most radiant skin. I definitely will be back.
