  I had a very awful experience on Sunday afternoon with one of the brunettes who was also a cashier.I was busy trying on shoes at the shoe area and left my shopping cart at the aisle on the side close to me because there was quite a lot of people since everything was 50% off,She took my cart without asking and I didn't see her as I had my back turned trying on shoes,when I finally went to customer service to ask for my back pack, she returned my back pack with the zipper wide opened and everything on my cart was gone,she never apologized about anything and my cart was filled since I had been shopping all afternoon so I had to start from scratch .I understand she thought the cart was abandoned but she would have at least apologized,instead it was a Latina and Asian lady who did all the apologizing the Asian lady was really nice and helped me find most of my clothes which the brunette had taken off my shopping cart.

  It's value village. I shop here a lot. I can always find something at a great deal and a few things I didn't know I was looking for and the few times I've bought larger items the staff is really great with helping to disassemble the larger pieces to fit in vehicle. 4 stars as I do not agree wi4h their new point system as it makes it difficult to get discounts, their stuff is all donated. They make 100% of the tag price as its all "free".

  Had good experience every time I went there. They have new stuff regularly. The staffs are friendly. Got plenty of selection. Have ample parking and is close to Burger King in case you get hungry shopping. Lol.
