  Was in dire need of a new set of tires for my work van but money was tight. Chris Hards came through and fitted me with an excellent set of 10 ply tires below my budgeted price. I would highly recommend Empire Auto for all your tire needs.

  Best Auto Shop in Saskatoon. Always treated well here, they explain things very thoroughly and always give the best price available. Owning and operating a vehicle is costly but if you listen to these guys they will help you avoid unnecessary expenses. If you read a bad review here, I can guarantee you that person didn't listen to Nicole or Derek. The people at Empire Auto are not out to "get" your money, they are here to EARN it and if you have any experience with them, you know this first hand.

  I've always had a great experience when dealing with Empire Auto Service. Derrick and Nicole have always been great to deal with. I appreciate the fact that they recommend what is in my best interest, and don't try to sell my what would be best for them. I would highly recommend using Empire Auto Service.

  Went in for a wheel alignment and I also bought a set of almost brand new used tires. Had to go and get another alignment less than two months later and one of the tires is now so worn down and completely useless at this point because it didnt get a proper alignment when I took it in the first time.

  Edit: Since writing this review I have contacted the company as requested in their reply and still have not received any response. Really unimpressed with the lack of customer service.

  My wife was down in Saskatoon with co-workers for training and that Friday morning our van would not start. Called Empire Tire and talked with Nicole who was very professional and she said they would do there best to get my wife back on the road to make the trip back to La Ronge. The van was towed there late morning and by mid afternoon they had us back on the road. The service was excellent and very much appreciated. Thanks Nicole, Derek and staff for the excellent service.

  They also did an inspection during the alignment and said I should repair things that were done just a week prior to taking it in which seemed a bit ridiculous. Just really disappointed by this experience as so many of my friends had recommended this place. I feel totally ripped off and have ended up paying double what I would have had I went somewhere else.
