  To the best of my knowledge , this automotive group is about getting the cash . We needed service work done , figure we will try out a new place for our vehicle. Looks like we have warranty and repair issues following up from the initial appointment. No , the company wants more money to follow up on the original service work performed. Our tires were balding when we went in for a wheel alignment. They said come back , we went in after we purchased some newer tires .. Now their asking for more money . I do not understand . I do work cheaply myself for people , why doesn't that come my way. Whatever. I do not recommend this Company of sharks.

  I used to work in a shop and due to my car warranty I must continue to take my car into a trusted shop ( as you always should). I took my car to Meineke several times without any issues, I even recommended them to many people. However, BE WARNED, if/when they DAMAGE your vehicle, they will most likely deny it and refuse to fix it. :) but hey! You get the quality you pay for I suppose.

  My husband was mistaken for another person on here that made a comment that seemed to be of an unsatisfactory customer review and it was the most unusual encounter to assume that my husband changed his last name to supposedly make this comment. It left us very disappointed like none of it made sense! like had we had been unhappy with their service like why would we return? We can't explain why you only have one "Fabian" and yes it happens that people change their last names on social media etc. But this was very unusual, and to think we promoted their business from a visit there on sept 22 on social media-sure wish I remembered it and show it to the staff. They have our number so I'll be surprised if they give us a call about this comment as we took the questioning as confrontational, but it seems that it wasn't according to them. Sure question if we will return but I'm sure we aren't a loss, thanks for everything and hope you find the Fabian Genialle your looking for. Ps. we were there a few times but enough to show that we appreciated your service- so we had hoped.

  I used to reccommemd these guys to any and everyone. But after seeing first hand how they treat LOYAL customers I no longer recommend them. I hope they can get it together and learn how to better handle business. Maybe then I will return.
