  Parr made us feel like valued customers throughout the entire process of repairing our car. Within minutes of contacting them, we had a response (we contacted them by email through the website). Despite the fact that they were closed for Christmas, Brayden made time to look at our car, he gave us advice about whether or not we should be driving it, and to got the repair process started. He was clear about their availability and about the likely time period involved in getting parts. We received updates about the car from Samantha, so even when one part was back-ordered, we had lots of time to make other plans.

  When we got the car back, the repairs were perfect. It looks amazing, and it runs great. Inside, it was thoroughly detailed. We also got some delicious cookies! We initially chose Parr because of their rating on Google, and it was very easy to see why they have such a great rating: they go the extra mile in service, they do excellent work, and they communicate well throughout the repair process.

  Took my truck here for a small repair. Everything went smooth. They even touched up a couple rock chips at no cost. I paid some extra to have the truck waxed and they did a complimentary interior cleaning. Best the truck has looked since I drove it off the lot! They'll definitely get my business again.

  Everyone that we encountered at Parr was friendly and helpful. My kids were given colouring books and crayons while our vehicle was being appraised and when I brought it back no less than FOUR people offered to help me move my stuff from my vehicle to the rental. They were knowledgeable about the claim process and helped us work our way through it and have a well thought through front line process that is organized and efficient. I would highly recommend Parr for any auto work you may need.

  The work done at Parr is second to none. This is the second time I had work done on my truck. Again the quality of work is amazing. Don and his team treat each vehicle like it is their own. And the cherry on top is the detailing job they do before they give your vehicle back to you. PHENOMENAL. Even better the second time around. And I am a picky guy. If you need any work done, do not hesitate to see Parr Auto Body. You will not be sorry.
