  Are they honest? For repairing the flat tire caused by a nail they charged me $36. Another $25 to reset the computer system without asking my permission in advance. My friends said that I was ripped off. Will never come again.

  I really appreciated how fast they were willing to try and get the tire I needed the same day. I called and the lady was super nice on the phone and was able to make it happen. When I got there an hour early they told me I might have to wait until my original time which was fine but as soon as my tire came into the shop they brought my car in early by at least half an hour. The young man working on my car didn't agree with what a previous shop told me about the holes in the tires (which I never mentioned to them beforehand)...I just said the old tire with the rim is in the back. He came up front asking the funny man in the front it was okay to check it out as to why 10 places were circles from Kal Tire which I saw right before Christmas Break...the only reason it did not get a new tire that day was because they did not have it in stock right before I had to fly home (Canadian Tire told me the same thing and insisted I get a new tire right there and then). He said it was up to him with what he does back there but he was good with it. He ended up finding 1 nail hole (which is what I thought initially since I was able to fill it with air and drive on it for a month without even having signs of it being a little flat) while the others were small cracks from the air trying to escape and such from the nail/pressure, etc...all things I really don't understand. He patched my tire and put it back on. $39 with tax for the patch with super friendly, fast, and quality service. I was going to spend $279 without tax for a new tire...this was what every tire shop in Saskatoon told me but they couldn't get the tire until 2-5 days after the fact. This shop was awesome and honest. I will be using it from now on. I am a student and I really appreciated how much money they saved me. They could have sold me the tire, took the old one and patched it and sold it...which they didn't. Other shops do this and it is sad. They don't realize how that small act really helped me out. I was able to purchase a textbook that was mandatory for a class I have this term and buy some groceries for the month. This might not have possible without the great service provided by this shop. 10/10 recommend.

  Had one of the sales guys do us a huge favour at the Ag in Motion show this summer when he took our trailer tires and rims to have new tires installed at their shop. He brought them back to us at the show the next day and provided wonderful customer service. We were very thankful for the service!
