  A very bad place to shop from, staff deal woth people as if they want to steal things, I never were comfortable shopping from there, and they only give you three very very small samples, one time I asked for a sample from a day cream and they literally gave me a very small dot, I felt that I am asking for a diamond. Staff spend time talking to each other, and if you spend more time they start to watch you and talk to each other about you. I hate going there and wish if there is another place to shop make up from.

  I bought , expensive perricone product....crystaized....replacement only if you keep your receipt ....that's not good store policy when the product has gone bad...

  So impressed! I couldn't remember the brand, but I knew the lipstick colour I was looking for was called 'M101'. The associate I asked knew right away what I was looking for and had the lipstick in my hand in less than a minute. Great service! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

  At this Sephora. They are always sold out of everything I go to buy. The staff there are clueless and do not even know how to explain products how to use and etc. And they never know what product I’m talking about. You have to aprouch them too. I’m sticking with ordering online. Never disappointed there ☹️
