  This store is absolutely disgusting. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It has gone terribly downhill in the last year. The new manager of this store is running it into the ground she is rude, unprofessional and lazy. She offered me 0 assistance when I was in there yesterday during the day time, after I asked her several times for help, I then turned to the other young fella working who answered all my questions unfortunately due to his managers poor attitude I was not willing to spend my money there. I was in there again today with my kids and there were two girls working. I walked in and we were approached by one of the employees (younger girl nose pierced all black clothes) she asked if we needed a hand I asked some questions about some shoes and she answered them. I started browsing my way to the back and noticed the manager chit chatting away with her friends. I had waited a bit and she did not even acknowledge me. The other girl was then busy at the front with other customers and still the manager did not acknowledge me I asked if I could have some assistance and she said “in a minute” . So I left Unsatisfied. The way she speaks to her employees is downright disgusting not to mention illegal. I will be contacting hr about this incredibly unprofessional behaviour And strongly encourage that you don’t shop here unless you want to be mistreated.

  Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars, i would. The customer service is non existent and has lazy workers, except for 2 that i have encountered that was helpful. Tonight was the worst. Walked in and was not greeted though the store was empty and the cashier saw me approach her though she did not acknowledge me at all (her name is Gillian). I said I wanted to do a return for something i bought 2 weeks ago, which is within their 30 day policy as stated on my receipt and I had double checked with the cashier before I purchased. Gillian just looked at me and said that they do not do returns. I asked why and she just said that a new policy is in effect for the holidays. She was very monotone and did not want to help at all, or bother to try to find a solution as I was told that I could return it and so does my receipt- there was nothing posted of a holiday return policy. She just said I could do exchange or in store credit. Why would I do that if my purchase is fully eligible for a refund? Not helpful at all and very lazy attitude was displayed- I will be contacting their manager or someone of a higher authority if the manager displays the same attitude. Also, all of the positive 5 star reviews here are from the employees themselves. I know this because I work in the same mall and see them there. They are clearly aware that they have a problem, yet they don't address it. Very disappointed and do not recommend going here.

  man seriously I used to love shopping at zumiez, Its always so tense now and no one seems to want to work there anymore. Everyone always looks so sad lately or like their in trouble all the time. This is a SKATE shop and there’s only about two maybe three people who can even answer my questions about skate properly.... so downhill in the last year. Sucks, won’t be shopping here. Sorry guys and cheer up. Bring the old zumiez back .

  I don’t normally do this sort of thing but placing this complaint on the day of February 9th.... I walked in today a happy customer and walked out disgusted. I approached one employee who seemed busy but happily stopped what she was doing to answer my questions and she pointed out some options for me, not quite what I was looking for but I appreciate her helping and offering me some help, her hair was dark brown and tied up. I then chose to browse around and there was an older taller woman walking around on a cell phone with blue hair waved me off as I approached her(I didn’t catch any names ). When the first girl approached me again and ask how I was doing, I asked a few more questions and the blue haired employee then interjected a few times cutting off her associate mid sentence. I thought this was awfully rude and I was astonished by the way she was treating her staff. Her done was aggressive and demeaning. I would not work For this lady, nor this company if that’s who they choose to hire. Not impressed.
